The right to carry Excess Baggage & Sports Equipment on domestic and Northern Cyprus flights can be purchased from AnadoluJet mobile application or website without going to the sales offices or the airport until 2 hours before flight.
The right to carry excess baggage abroad can be purchased from the Turkish Airlines mobile application or website without going to the sales offices or the airport.
- Passengers can also purchase excess baggage or sports equipment during ticketing and check-in via website. In addition, passengers who have already purchased their tickets can buy seats, excess baggage and sports equipment from additional services option on the website and mobile application.
- Domestic and Northern Cyprus passengers who have purchased their ticket can benefit from the additional service, by clicking the “Excess Baggage and Sports Equipment “ button on the online transactions screen from the website and In the mobile application, they can click ‘’Buy Baggage & Sports Equipment” button on the left menu to buy additional baggage right, carrying sports equipment right or carrying bycle right.
Excess baggage to be purchased through AnadoluJet and Turkish Airlines web/mobile channels can benefit from discounted fares until 3 hours before the flight. All the flights in the reservation must be AnadoluJet flights. It is not valid on Turkish Airlines flights. - Excess baggage packages (5-10-15-20 Kg) for each flight can be purchased only once from the AnadoluJet mobile app and website. A passenger who has purchased excess baggage and sports equipment from the AnadoluJet mobile application and website can apply to the sales offices, airport sales counters or counters if they want to benefit from the additional service for the same flight.
- Sports equipment and bicycles are charged separately as they are not covered by the "Free Baggage Allowance". Sports equipment is not considered within the scope of Free Baggage Allowance. Each equipment is charged according to the Sports Equipment Fee Tariff. Sports equipment can be carried in the cabin or in the luggage compartment of the aircraft for a fee, depending on weight or size.
