The meal selection can be made through Turkish Airlines website Turkish Airlines mobile application, AnadoluJet website, AnadoluJet mobile application, sales office, call center, or agencies until 24 hours to the flight time. When it is 24 hours or shorter to the flight time, the meal selection cannot be sold.
The purchased meal selection can be canceled or replaced with a different menu/meal through the call center (including also the transactions such as ticket cancellation, ticket change, etc.) until 24 hours to the flight time. When it is 24 hours or shorter to the flight time, there is no right to cancellation or change, since the catering/meal loading processes for the flights start then.
In case of any change in the reservation for which menu/meal has been purchased, the information on the purchased menu/meal shall be deleted from the reservation. If the passenger would like the purchased menu or meal to be transferred to the new flight, the passenger must carry out this transaction through the call center no later than 24 hours to the flight. The new changed flight must be suitable for menu/meal loading. If the flight is unsuitable for catering/meal loading, the refund request for the fee paid to the menu/meal can be made through the call center.
In accordance with the food safety, the meal selection may be not offered on certain routes.
Menu/meal may be not loaded for certain flights due to operational reasons. In such cases, the passenger may request to be refunded their meal selection fee through the call center and by using the feedback form.
The in-flight irregularities regarding the purchased menu/meal must be notified to cabin crews. The irregularities not notified to cabin crews shall not be accepted as a grievance.
Refund of the fee paid by the passengers, whose flights have been canceled or changed due to an irregularity caused by the airline itself, for their menu/meal selections may be requested by the passengers through the call center or by using the feedback form.
The right to refund is applicable for 1 year starting from the date of purchase of the menu/meal in compliance with the above-mentioned rules.
