For the purposes of terms of use: "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Turkish Airlines while references to “You” and “Your” refers to the persons accessing Website (including persons who access Website on behalf of other persons); references to "Material" or "Materials" include software, programs, data, information and databases.
Your accessing and using Website constitutes Your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of (these Terms of Use (the ‘Agreement’).
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that You are, under any law applicable to you and your using the Website, an adult who possesses the legal right and ability to enter into binding contracts, including but not limited to this Agreement and to use this Website in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and You will be responsible for all payments due to Us for bookings made by You or another person using Your login information.

5 You shall not reproduce information from the Website for commercial purposes. This also includes providing fares for Turkish Airlines flights on another website or another online server. In particular, You shall not copy, distribute, in any other way use or reproduce discarded content from the Website with the help of 'robots', other search machine technologies or through other automatic mechanisms.
6 You shall not acquire, or attempt to acquire, any unauthorized access to any of Our networks, by whatever means.
7 You shall not make any unauthorized, false or fraudulent bookings, in particular, any bookings which are paid for with credit cards or bank account details belonging to a third party that has not consented to this.
4. Consequences of Improper Use
Without prejudice to Our other rights (irrespective of whether they are based on law or other regulations), We reserve the right to cancel Your booking without notifying You and/or to deny
Your access to the Website if You have contravened the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
5. Links to Other Sites
The Website, solely as a convenience to You; contains links to other internet sites or webpages which are not established, maintained or edited by Us and similarly, there may be other web sites or webpages established, maintained or edited by third parties containing links to the Website. We reserve the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you reside or where Your use of the Website has taken place.
Where the Agreement are translated into languages other than Turkish, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Turkish version or other version of the Agreement, the Turkish version of the Agreement shall prevail.
11. Flight Alerts
If You have elected to receive notifications (including but not limited to booking confirmation, flight status alerts, etc.) via email or your mobile phone or such other mobile devices from Us, terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply to those as well. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, We shall not be liable for non-delivery of any and all notifications or messages and cannot guarantee the timeliness, reliability or accurateness of any and all notifications or messages which You receive. We shall use Our reasonable efforts to ensure You receive timely and accurate information. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, which You may suffer as a result of our failure timely send such notifications or Your relying on the information contained in such notifications or receiving or not receiving these notifications. Please note that We may at any time terminate this notification service without notice.
12. Storage of IP Addresses
