How can you benefit from our CIP Lounges?
Passengers who want to benefit from CIP Lounges on AnadoluJet flights can purchase from AnadoluJet web site and mobile app, sales office, call center or agency.
Passengers who will purchase CIP lounge service via AnadoluJet web and mobile application must complete their transactions at least 2 hours before their flight.

The passenger is free of charge for accompanying infants or children between the ages of 0 and 12.
In some airports, domestic CIP lounges consist of two different sections. At such airports, Business Class passengers or M&S Elite Plus card passengers can go to the Business section of the lounge; Passengers entering with M&S Elite, M&S Classic Plus, SAG**, PLM***, CORP**** card or for a fee/mile will be taken to the Miles & Smiles (M&S) section.
Passengers with M&S Elite or M&S Elite Plus cards can use our THY Lounge branded lounges in Turkey and abroad free of charge with one guest***** or family members.
Passengers with M&S Elite or M&S Elite Plus cards can use the Star Alliance lounge or Star Alliance member airline lounge with one guest free of charge on AnadoluJet flights from abroad.
Our SAG or PLM card holders can also use the lounges specified in the table above, or the lounges of Star Alliance member airlines or Star Alliance lounges at international airports with one guest free of charge.
Passengers with M&S Elite or M&S Elite Plus cards flying with AnadoluJet cannot use the contracted lounges abroad free of charge.
AnadoluJet passengers will be able to benefit from the lounge service until March 31, 2024 at the specified fees.
The working hours of our CIP lounges and our services may vary according to airports or flight times.
In cases such as delays or flight cancellations due to airline or operational reasons, unused lounge services can be returned or changed to a future date, upon the application of the passenger to the THY Sales Office. Passengers who purchase the CIP Lounge service are eligible for a refund if they choose not to use the lounge on their own desire.

! As of January 1, 2024, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport will not provide lounge service.
! Gaziantep CIP and Hatay CIP lounges are temporarily closed.
AnadoluJet reserves the right to change the CIP lounge service fee or the rules.
Definitions:
*Discounted fare: Both the CORP card holder and one guest can use the above-mentioned lounges by paying a discounted price Corporate Club Card, the usage fee of AnadoluJet domestic private passenger lounges is 490 TRY
**SAG: Represents Star Alliance Gold card.
*** PLM (Paid Lounge Membership) Card: Cards bearing the “Star Alliance Lounge” logo and representing a paid program membership included in the entry procedure for Star Alliance or Star Alliance member airline lounges. For instance; Air Canada Maple Leaf Club-Worldwide Card or United Airlines United Club Card.
**** CORP: Represents Turkish Airlines Corporate Club card.
*****Guest: Refers to only one passenger who uses the lounge in addition to the passenger who has the right to use THY Lounge branded lounges, Star alliance lounges or Star alliance member airline lounges free of charge in Turkey and abroad. The guest does not have to travel on the same flight with the M&S Elite or M&S Elite Plus card holder, but must travel with a Star Alliance member airline and present the boarding pass on the same day. In addition, the guest must enter the lounge together with the M&S Elite or M&S Elite Plus card holder.
