Our passengers who made their bookings through agencies can apply to the relevant agencies for the transactions.
On this subject, it is recommended to contact our call center if your flight is less than 72 hours in order to avoid the busyness that may occur in our call center, and if your flight has more than 72 hours to be operated, you may choose to contact later.
