Cancelled Flights from/to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport

Dear passengers,

Some of our flights departing from/arriving to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport on March 18-19-20, 2022 are subject to cancellations due to expected severe weather conditions. Passengers whose flights have been cancelled can make ticket changes or refunds via Turkish Airlines website, mobile application, call center, sales offices and agencies from which the ticket was purchased.

Additional Rights Granted to Passengers Whose Flights are not Cancelled

Passengers who are booked on AnadoluJet flights from/to/via Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport between the dates of March 18 - 19, 2022, provided that the following procedures are performed until March 28, 2022 for the tickets issued on or before March 19, 2022 are entitled to have following rights: 

1- Rebooking and rerouting can be made without charge until April 7, 2022 (included), provided that the new destination is in the same travel zone.

2- Regarding refunds: 

a) Unused tickets can be refunded. 

b) For partially used tickets (tickets of travels which have not been completed) only the unused part of the ticket can be refunded. 

3- Validity date of the tickets may be extended until April 7, 2022 (included) without any fee or penalty. 

4- Ticket changes and refunds can be made through the call center and sales offices as well as through the agency that issued the ticket.
