Cancellation of Flights to/from Ukraine and Additional Rights Granted to Passengers

Due to latest developments, Ukraine airspace is closed to all civil flights by authorities. All AnadoluJet flights to/from Ukraine until July 31, 2022 have been cancelled.

Additional Rights Granted to Passengers

Passengers who have flight tickets for AnadoluJet flights to/from Ukraine (Kyiv & Odesa), purchased before February 24, 2022 (included) and have flight dates between February 24, 2022 and August 23, 2022 (included), have been granted the additional change and refund rights stated below, provided that they perform the transactions until August 23, 2022 .

Ticket Changes:

• Reservation and route changes will be made without charge until October 31, 2022 (included).
• Tickets’ validity can be extended until October 31, 2022 (included) without any fare difference or penalty.

Ticket Refunds:

• Refunds can be made for all flights to/from Ukraine without any charge regardless of original fare rules. (For partially used tickets, only the unused part of the ticket can be refunded.)

Ticket changes and refunds can be made through the Turkish Airlines web site, mobile app, sales offices, call center and the agencies from which the ticket was purchased.
