In accordance with the decisions taken by the official authorities and the precautions we take for your health;

As of December 30, 2020, passengers arriving in Türkiye are required to submit a negative PCR test (nucleic acid). The sample for the test must have been taken within 72 hours prior to the passenger's scheduled departure from the country of origin. This applies to all passengers aged 6 years and over, except sailors and transit passengers.

International Passengers who will arrive to Türkiye as of 15th of March 2021 GMT+3 (not including transit passengers and passengers under of age 6) are required to fill in the “Türkiye Entrance Form” which can be obtained here within 72 hours of their departure. Print out or the mobile screenshot of the filled form will have to be submitted to airline crew before boarding.

All passengers are required to wear masks at the airport and during the flights. All passengers must complete the passenger information form when arriving to Türkiye. All passengers and airline crew will undergo a medical examination and those showing symptoms will have tests performed.

Transit passengers are not required to submit a PCR test in Türkiye however they are advised to review the flight restrictions applied by the destination country regarding the PCR test requirements, age limits and the duration.

The transfer passengers who forced to enter Türkiye and to get accommodation services because of the long duration of the connection flight must obey the PCR testing regulations.

Additional Rights Granted to Passengers Who Cannot Fly Due to PCR Test Requirements to Be Applied During Arrival to Türkiye 

Passengers flying to Türkiye are required to have taken a PCR test with a negative result within 72 hours prior to their flight and submit their test results during check-in. Passengers failing to submit a negative PCR test result for their flight to Türkiye between December 30, 2020 (included) and April 30, 2021 (included) can change their reservation for another flight until May 31, 2021 (included) provided that the destination is the same or in the same IATA region, or request a refund.

Passengers can also create a voucher worth 15% more than the ticket price or top-up their Miles&Smiles account 100 Miles for every EUR 1 of the ticket price.
