Additional Rights Granted to Passengers Registered for Flights to Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon

Due to current situation that effects Egypt-Jordan-Lebanon borders, all Turkish Airlines or AnadoluJet passengers registered for flights to Egypt-Jordan-Lebanon between 07 October 2023 and 31 December 2023 (Included) for tickets issued on or before 07 October 2023 have been granted some additonal rights provided that they take action until 31 December 2023 (Included):
1) Reservation changes:
Reservation changes will be done without collecting change penalty. However fare differences will be collected if there is any.
2) Refund requests:
Refund requests will be handled according to original fare rules.
3) Extension of Ticket’s duration:
The validity of the ticket can be extended until 10 February 2024 (Included) without any fare difference or penalty.
Relevant applications will only be valid for flights operated by Turkish Airlines or AnadoluJet.
Ticket change and refund processes can be handled through Turkish Airlines sales offices, call center or through the Agency where the ticket was issued.
All rights granted above can be used only for once and any following requests will be handled according to original fare rules.
