Our Tel Aviv Flights Have Been Temporarily Suspended

Our Tel Aviv flights have been temporarily suspended until further notice. Rights have been granted to passengers registered on Tel Aviv flights.

Due to current situation that affects our Tel Aviv flights, for passengers who have bookings on the Turkish Airlines or Anadolu Jet Tel Aviv flights between 07 October 2023 - 30 November 2023 (included) and ticketed on/before 07 October 2023, will be handled with following conditions, disregarding the related fare rules:

1) Change requests: 

Change requests will be made without any charge for different booking classes only if the new destination is in the same region and in the same cabin providing that the tickets are revalidated until 30 November 2023 (included).

If revalidation is made for one of Turkish Airlines operating Tel Aviv flights for flight date until 10 January 2024 (included) changes will be made without any charges. If changes affect passengers’ travel plans, rebooking and rerouting will be made (up to affected duration) without any charge for different booking classes only if the new destination is in the same  region and in the same cabin.

For ticket numbers that begin with 235 including codeshare or SPA flights, change requests will be made without any charge in case the same booking class is available. If the same booking class in the same cabin is not available, fare differences and other charges will be charged without applying change request penalties.

2) Refund requests:
 
Refund requests will be handled with following conditions, disregarding the related fare rules tickets are revalidated until 30 November 2023 (included).

• Unused tickets :  Refunds will be made without any charges. 
• Used tickets: Refunds will be made for unflown tickets under involuntary refund conditions.

3) Extension of validity:

Validity of ticket can be extended until 10 January 2024 without any fare difference or penalty. 

All changes can be made througg Turkish Airlines web site, mobile applications, sales offices, customer service or through the sales agencies where the ticket is issued.

The changes mentioned above will be limited to only once and other additional changes will be handled under the fare rules where existing penalties and fare differences can be applied.
