General Rules

 

1.Fares may only be valid for sale in the country where the journey begins, and may differ if purchased elsewhere. Fares may alter according to the season or fare rules. If you wish your ticket to be issued in a country other than the Turkey, you will need to contact your local Turkish Airlines office. Fares for domestic flights shown in Turkish Liras will only apply for ticket sales purchased from our web site.

 
 
 

2.You can book a trip for up to 7 passengers on each booking. 

 
 
 

3. Rebooking and rerouting are not allowed for the internet bookings. If you wish to rebook or reroute your booking, please contact Internet Sales Service Center,  Call Center or Turkish Airlines Sales Offices.

 
 
 
 

 
 
 

Payment

 
 
 

1. PAYMENT by CREDIT CARD

 
 
 

 

  • For the security purposes, CVC number (the 3 digits security code of your credit card) will be required during reservation. CVC number is found on the backside of the credit card. It's the last 3 digits placed after the credit card number.
  • When you approve the ticket purchase, the fare (including taxes and other charges) of your ticket charged to your credit card account. Credit card holder whose credit card is used for the payment of the ticket is under no obligation to be passenger.
  • If the credit card holder is not the passenger, you are required to give the credit card holder’s name, surname and e-mail address during booking for security purposes. A confirmation e-mail including booking and payment details will be sent to passenger and credit card holder  separately. If necessary, information e-mail(s) regarding cancel/rebooking/rerouting requests will be sent to passenger and credit card holder separately after booking.
  • If the passenger apply Turkish Airlines Sales Office/counter in order to rebook/cancel/refund a ticket or to check-in for the first flight, credit card holder must be present at the counter with the passenger to show the credit card used for the payment and a valid Identification card or credit card holder shall apply to Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card used for the payment and a valid identification card before the first flight recorded in the PNR.
  • For online bookings, we only accept MasterCard and Visa for the payment.
  • If the credit card holder, of which the credit card is used to purchase the ticket, is a Miles&Smiles Elite or Elite Plus member, conditions of submitting the credit card stated in paragraph three and four shall not be required. It is necessary for the Miles&Smiles Member to use its membership and PIN numbers while purchasing the ticket by means of credit card. The membership and PIN numbers are private and confidential and can not be shared with third party. Any transaction made by using correct membership and PIN numbers will be considered to be made by the Miles&Smiles member. Any and all responsibility shall be born by the Miles&Smiles Member in case of any irregular usage. The right to use any other sanctions stated in the Miles&Smiles are reserved by THY.

What is 3-D Secure?
3D Secure is a simple password-protected identity-check service which is designed to improve both Cardholder and Merchant confidence in Internet purchases and to reduce disputes and fraudulent activity related to the use of cards.

The system is supported both by Visa and Mastercard. If you use a Visa card then ‘Verified by Visa’ mark, if you use a Mastercard then ‘SecureCode’ mark is displayed during registration and each time the Cardholder enters a password for authentication at the time of purchase, and may also be displayed by participating Merchants.
How to sign up?

It is very simple to sign up:

 
  • You can sign up for the service through your card issuer either before or during an on-line shopping session at a 3D-Secure merchant.
  • You need to choose a password and a personal message to verify your identity. 
  • When you’ve signed up, you can shop at any online merchant offering 3-D Secure
How it works?
  • Coose online ticket tab on AnadoluJet web site 
  • Choose your flight  
  • Enter your personal info and card details as usual 
  • A pop-up window will appear on the screen,
  • Your personal assurance message on the screen tells you that the bank or organisation that issued your card is asking for your password 
  • Enter your password, click 'submit' 
  • Your identity is then confirmed and your online ticket purchase is completed securely.
2. PAYMENT by EFT/MONEY TRANSFER

  • If the payment will be made via EFT/Money Transfer, flight date of the first segment of the PNR must be at least 2 working days+5 days and maximum 355 days after the booking date.
  • Ticket Delivery option for PNRs with EFT/Money Transfer can only be electronic ticket.
  • Option time limit of the Passenger Name Record (PNR) with EFT/MONEY TRANSFER payment will be 2 working days until 15:55 after first reservation date.
  • EFT/MONEY TRANSFER will be made among banks located within Turkey.
  • EFT/MONEY TRANSFER transactions will be completed by transferring total amount and EFT/MONEY TRANSFER code to Turkish Airlines’ Bank Account
  • After total amount transferred to Turkish Airlines’ Bank Account, tickets will be issued.
  • Due to differences EFT/MONEY TRANSFER procedures of the banks, Cancel/Refund requests will be kept and Cancel/Refund procedures will be completed as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation / refund and penalty processes are carried out according to the ticket fare rules. For these transactions, EFT/MONEY TRANSFER Debit note should be presented to the Turkish Airlines Sales Officer by the person who purchased the ticket.
  • Since Bank is closed during official holidays and weekends, web site does not offer EFT/Money TRANSFER payment option in these periods.
  • THY is not responsible of any delays or other faults (deficient/excess EFT/MONEY TRANSFER amount, money transfer limit, terms and conditions about money transfer from bank counter etc.) caused by Banking Regulations and systems during EFT/MONEY TRANSFER transactions. Passenger is responsible to make sure that the exact required amount transferred to Turkish Airlines’ Bank Account within the given time limit.

a) Electronic Ticket

 
  • If you book through our web site between maximum 355 days to at least 3 hours to your first flight and making your payments by using Credit Card or EFT-Money Transfer, your journey is eligible for electronic ticket, your ticket will be issued as an electronic ticket.
  • Credit card holder whose credit card is used for the payment of the ticket is under no obligation to be passenger.
  • If the credit card holder is not the passenger, Cancellation/Rebooking/Rerouting requests of the passenger can be realized unless the credit card holder is present with the passenger with his/her credit card (used for the payment) and an identification card or the credit card holder must apply one of the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card.
  • If the credit card holder is not the passenger, credit card holder must be present with the passenger(s) at the check-in counter with his/her credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card or the credit card holder must apply one of the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card before the first flight.
  • If the credit card used for the payment is a virtual card, please do not forget to bring your credit card to which your virtual card is related.
  • For Self Check-in, please use the credit card which is used for the payment. Virtual credit cards cannot be accepted for Self Check-in.

Please contact the nearest Turkish Airlines Sales Office (within maximum 7 days from the flight date) to receive e-ticket document which includes electronic ticket information and can also be used as an invoice.

b) Reservation Only

  • Reservations can be made between 48 hours and 40 days prior to the first flight. You may buy your ticket from any Turkish Airlines Sales Office or through our web site within the given ticketing time limit
  • Fares are not guaranteed until you buy your ticket.
  • Fares are valid for the departure country of your journey. If you buy your ticket other than the country of departure, fares may differ according the season and fares notes.
  • In order to realize payment and ticketing formalities for Turkish domestic flights in our web site, you may use Pay&Fly link.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation transactions regarding online domestic flight bookings can be performed through the website by the passenger until the departure time.

Cancellation transactions must be made by clicking on the CANCEL link under "My Bookings" header located at the Online Ticket Web Page. Once LOGIN page is filled with necessary information and "Cancel" button on the following generated page is clicked, cancellation terms and cancellation fee amount (if any) are displayed. Cancellation transaction is effectuated once the box signifying acceptance of the related rules is checked and cancel button is clicked once more. When cancellation is proceeded through our website, an informative e-mail is sent to the passenger by Turkish Airlines.

Ticket refund transactions will only be made at the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices and through Call Centers. Depending on the respective ticket price terms, Cancellation/Refund fee can be amounted up to 100% of the ticket price. Ticket refund transactions can only be performed in the country where the ticket is issued.

For online payments, refundable tickets' refund transactions can only be operated with the purchasing credit card.

Ticketing Service Charge will not be refunded, there will be no additional Service Charge for refunding transactions.

a) Cancellation/Refund of the electronic tickets

  • Cancellation and refund requests for the domestic flight electronic tickets issued through our website can be placed through our website until the scheduled departure time of your first flight. Cancellation and refund transactions after the first flight cannot be done through our website. For the refund transactions of the aforementioned tickets, please apply to Turkish Airlines Sales Office or Call Center in the country of departure along with the purchasing Credit Card, photo-attached identity card (passport, identity card or driving license) and your Ticket Itinerary Receipt (TIR).

CIP Service / CIP Usage (All Passengers)

Passengers who want to receive CIP service in flights under the trademark of AnadoluJet should; in case of ticketing transactions through website, select the box which is marked as “Please mark the box to display the ticket price inclusive of CIP service charge” or in case of ticketing transactions through Agencies, THY Call Center or THY Sales Offices, declare that they want to receive CIP service while ticketing and pay the CIP service charge. Otherwise, they will not be able to receive CIP service. To receive CIP service, a seperate CIP service charge shall be paid along with the ticket fee and THY (AnadoluJet) reserves the right to change the CIP service charge anytime.

Miles&Smiles member traveling with AnadoluJet flights;

  • Classic Plus card holders
  • Elite card holders, their guests and family members (spouse and children)
  • Elite Plus Card holders, their guests and family members (spouse and children)

Adult passengers may use CIP halls (except for Atatürk Airport) by paying TRY 30 and child passengers may use by paying TRY 15.
Miles&Smiles Classic card holder passengers and adult passengers not members of Miles&Smiles can benefit from CIP service for TRY 50 and child passengers for TRY 25.

Gold card holders have the right to bring 2 guest along with them for the airlines member of Star Alliance

Special Discounts

Promotion :
Student* : No student discount is applied in promotion classes.
Babies 0-2 years: TRY 25 is applied as fixed price for the babies not occupying any seat between the ages of 0-2. It's TRY 30 for connecting flights.
Children 2-12 years: No children discount is applied in promotion classes.

Flexible:
Student: :10% discount over the seat prices excluding the taxes is applied to the student passengers(between the ages of 13 and 25) over this price. For Nicosia flights, student age range is 13-28. It's required for the passengers bought discount tickets to submit the documents regarding the discount reason.
Babies 0-2 years: TRY 27 is applied as fixed price for the babies not occupying any seat between the ages of 0-2. It's TRY 30 for connecting flights.
Children 2-12 years: 20% is applied to the child passengers (between 2-12) excluding the taxes over seat price in B-M-H-S classes and 10% in E-O-T-L-V classes.
Family:
A family discount of 20% is applied to the passengers with the same surname for at least 4 and at most 9 persons in B-M-H-S classes.

Ticketing Service Charge

Domestic (Turkey) and International Flights Originating in Turkey:
For the domestic tickets, Ticketing Service Charge (Per ticket) will be 5 TRY follows on www.anadolujet.com. Applicable Ticketing Service Charge for Internet, Call Center, TurkishAirlines Sales Offices and Agencies are 5 TL and 10 TL respectively.

General Rules:
  • No ticketing service charge is to be collected for the reissue (Rebooking, re-routing ) transactions made by Turkish Airlines Sales Offices and www.thy.com.
  • The ticketing service charge is non-refundable. There will be no service charge for the ticket refunds.
  • The ticketing service charge will be applicable for all  discounted tickets except infant tickets.
  • For the connecting flights, the ticketing service charge amount of the long haul sector will be applied.
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change Ticketing Service Charge Policy and service charge amounts.
Important Notice:
1. If your ticket is reserved via anadolujet.com but issued by Turkish Airlines Sales Office , the applicable ticketing service charge level will be the level of Turkish Airlines Sales Office.  Applicable Ticketing Service Charge may vary from sales channels. The rules under the headline of Ticketing Service Charge are effective only at destinations where Ticketing Service Charge is applicable.
