1. What is Online Check-In?

Online check-in is a service that gives a possibility to check-in online to all passengers who have a electronic ticketed reservation before arriving to the airport.

2. What is the earliest and latest time for check-in online?

Passengers can check-in and select the seat from 24 hours up to 90 minutes prior to the departure time.

4- How do I use Online Check-In?

Online Check-In pages will be reached via internet from http://www.anadolujet.com address.

5- How can I get help for Online Check-in?

6-What if I have baggage to check?

Online check-in is available for the passengers with or without baggage. It is not need to register your baggage details while check-in. Baggage check-in process might be completed at the airport “baggage drop off point” or “online check-in desk”. In case of excess baggage, passengers have to consider the time will be spent for excess baggage payment process. Our company does not responsible of probable passenger delays due to excess baggage process.

7- What time should I be at the airport and what should I do on my arrival?

After the security controls, our passengers can drop their baggages and get their baggage tags from our special online check-in counters. These counters will be closed 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the international flights and 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the domestic flights. Please arrange your arrival time considering these regulations and airport security controls.

8. Can I make Online Check-In for my travel companions as well?

Yes. Passengers who are in the same reservation record will be listed and user could select the name who needs to be checked. Only 8 (eight) passengers can be checked-in at once.

9- What happens if I want to change my seat assignment after I check in?

By using online check-in link user could login on system and by using “seat change” button the process can be completed. Seats cannot be changed if Online boarding pass has been printed.

10- What languages are available for online check-in?

Turkish and English are available.

11- What do I need to do at the airport?

Check-in formalities including getting boarding card, delivering the baggage and security procedures will be completed at the check-in counters which are special to online checked-in passengers.

Passenger without baggage and have online printed boarding card may go directly to the gate through to security control or otherwise baggage should be registered at “baggage drop off point” or “online check-in desk”.

12- What is the necessary ID controls?

If you go directly to the gate with your original boarding pass with barcode, you should keep your ID with you and show it out to the boarding agent.

Passenger who paid the ticket by credit card through WEB should keep their ID and also the related credit card to show it out to the boarding agent.

13- When do I need to be at the gate?

Boarding gates close no later than 15 minutes for all other domestic and international flights before departure in order to complete last minute preparations, assuring on-time take off and on-time arrival to your destination. Please make sure that it can often take up to 25 minutes to reach a gate from the main departure areas in some airports.

14- How Can I Print My Boarding Card From The Web Site?

Passengers with Electronic tickets, who have completed their check-in procedures via our web site for Online Boarding Pass eligible stations are able to print their boarding passes in .pdf format (size A4) by their own personal computers. To instole the Adobe Acrobat Reader please click here.

Some of the stations are not suitable for online boarding pass. Please click here to find out where Online Boarding Pass is available.

Only original online boarding pass with barcode is acceptable during the boarding at the gate. Fax  or copy is not acceptable.

15-Why I cannot issue online boarding pass?

The first departure station might not be suitable for issuing Online Boarding Pass.

For the tickets that bought via internet or call center, if the holder of the credit card by which the ticket has been issued is not one of the passengers, the system will not allow boarding passes to be produced. If the credit card holder goes to any sales office and get the card controlled before the day of the flight, the boarding card can be issued.

Even one of the passengers has discount (youth / elderly / student) on the reservation data, online boarding card cannot be issued as the documents must be controlled at the check-in desks.

16- I have made Online Check-in, but what happens if I am late for the flight or not attending to the flight ?

Please contact with the representative via 444 2 538 who is responsible to cancel your reservation and will assist you for rebooking.

17- Who can use Emergency Exit Seat?

From passengers who sit on the exit rows are expected to help the cabin crew for opening the emergency exits and unloading other passengers in case of unexpected emergency cases. The seats of the passengers, who is not capable for emergency cases which are listed below, their seats will be changed by the ground handling staff.

  • mentally and physically handicapped
  • old
  • over weighted
  • prisoners / deportees and inad passengers
cannot be seated on emergency exits.

Our system does not accept passengers on exit rows if they are child (Between ages of 2-12), travelling with infant or travelling with seeing eye dog or pet.
