1. Are you transporting cargo with AnadoluJet and am I able to send all kind of cargo?

AnadoluJet is transporting merely minimum cargo (Up to 100 kg) , human remains and mail from/to all its destinations. You can get schedule information via Schedule address.

2. Where can I get information about domestic cargo rates?

You can get information via Domestic Cargo Rates.

3. Where should I contact for my lost or damage cargo claims?

Please contact to our Cargo Operation Control Management via Contact Phone  Numbers.

4. What should I do to take delivery of my cargo?

Please check your cargo via Cargo Tracking with the airwaybill number. When your cargo came, you should contact with the relevant Cargo Operation and Sales Management or Sales Office  with your authority certificate for delivery (procuration, identity card, certificate of your company etc).

5. I want to get information about to check my cargo throughout the world 24 hours a day?
