The Turkish Museum of Architecture is a virtual exploration through 108 theaters from 115 ancient Turkish cities ranging from well-known sites to those not yet excavated. The exhibition, titled “Ancient Anatolian Theaters”, is the most comprehensive compilation of theatres in Anatolia. The exhibition is based on the book of the same title by Yaşar Yılmaz. There are around 150 ancient theatres in Anatolia. A number of the theatres, such as Aspendos, are still in tact.
