Breakthrough by the Anatolian Museums

The Sinop Archaeology
Museum and Çorum Museum, which completed their renovation and repair works over the last two years, were nominated for the ‘European Museum of the Year’ award By fulfilling the required criteria. With the Sinop Archeology Museum and Çorum Museum, four  Turkish museums will also compete for the 33rd European Museum Forum prizes to be distributed in Tampere, Finland.

DID YOU KNOW?
While the European Museum of the Year Award was presented to the Salzburg Museum in Austria, the Istanbul Modern Art Museum was honored with Special Prize.
