TICKET SALES/RESERVATION/CHECK-IN
¨ There is a 5 TL discount on tickets purchased on the internet (http://www.anadolujet.com) or through our call center (+90 212 444 0 258).
¨ If passengers who have purchased round tickets or multi-destination tickets decide not to fly but do not cancel their reservations, all their continuation and return reservations are automatically cancelled by the system, because the first flight is a no-show.
¨ For domestic flights, you should be at the airport at least one hour before your scheduled departure.
¨ For domestic flights, check-in ends 45 minutes prior to departure.

BAGGAGE INFORMATION
The free baggage allowance is 15 kg on our domestic flights. It is 20 kg for Hatay-Cyprus flights. If these limits are exceeded, an extra baggage fee must be paid. For information about extra baggage fees, please contact the THY-Anadolu Jet Sales offices or call +90 212 444 2 538. Hand luggage for the cabin should not exceed 8 kg and 23x40x55 cm.

CIP LOUNGE SERVICE 
On payment of a fee, Anadolu Jet passengers may access THY CIP lounges to make a pleasant and comfortable start to their journey.

PROMOTIONAL COSTS
For U/CL and O/CL (domestic airport service is included, all other taxes and charges are excluded) fares, in cases of cancellation, either before or after flight, tickets are non-refundable and rebooking/rerouting is not permitted.

FOR YOUR SAFETY DURING FLIGHT
¨ The use of mobile phones, walkie-talkies, CD players, and radio and TV transmitters is strictly forbidden during the entire flight.
¨ For safety reasons no radios, electronic games, laptop computers or similar electronic devices can be used during take off, landing and while the “Fasten Your Seat Belt” sign is on.

PETS
Charges apply for the carriage of pets. The fare is calculated during baggage delivery by weighing the pet in the carrier. If the pets are to be carried in cabin they are accepted in special pet carriers sized 45x35x23 cm and the passengers are expected to provide the carriers themselves. The pet in the carrier to be carried into the cabin should not exceed 6 kg. If it exceeds this weight, pet will be carried in the cargo compartment. Dogs assisting blind and deaf passengers can be carried free of charge in the cabin without any pet carrier.

PREGNANT PASSENGERS
Expectant mothers can fly up to their 28th weeks (7th month) of pregnancy, without a doctor’s report. Pregnant women expecting one child between their 28th and 36th weeks (and pregnant women expecting a multiple birth up to their 32nd week) can fly with doctor’s report stating that they are fit to fly by air. After that, they are no longer fit to fly even with medical clearance. Medical clearance must be dated 7 days prior to the flight. The issuing doctor’s name, surname, diploma number and signature must be shown clearly on the report.

SPECIAL MEDICAL SERVICES
Passengers traveling with wheelchairs and stretchers are transferred from the aircraft to the terminal and from the terminal to the aircraft by a professional medical team. This service is provided only in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Adana.

SICK/HANDICAPPED PASSENGERS
Sick passengers are required to supply a report from the airport or from their medical doctor declaring that there are no medical objections to them travelling on an aircraft. This report must be dated 10 days prior to the flight and must be written in English or in Turkish. Passengers who need special care during the flight must travel with an escort. Charges apply for passengers requesting wheelchair service except incapacitated passengers and passengers holding a medical clearance. Stretcher requests will be accepted if made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR PASSENGERS (UMS) 
On Anadolu Jet flights, Children between 7 and 12 years of age can travel alone on payment of an additional service charge.
