Art for a Just World

Faced with the barriers one encounters in life, challenging situations, developments that are sometimes out of control, and especially with saddening events, one cries out in outrage. In such moments of outrage, “justice” is one of the first things one shouts out, and “Is this your idea of justice, world?” is one of the first questions to come to mind. Some accept their fate; some fight, and some others believe that justice will eventually find its place. The 6th ETHOS Ankara International Theater Festival has decided to question this concept, which surrounds us in many areas of life. The festival will be held March 22–31 and will appear not only in theater halls but also with exhibits and installations held at Kızılay Metro Station, Sakarya Square, Güvenpark, Yüksel Avenue, and Karanfil Street, turning Ankara into a fairground.
