1. How do you assign a time limit?

Taking into consideration of the date and time of your booking, the time limit is assigned by the system according to the predefined time limit rules. 

2. Where do i get my ticket?

You can purchase your ticket via www.thy.com, www.anadolujet.com by local Turkish Airlines Sales Offices, authorized sales agencies and also from our call center (444 2 538) by using your credit card.

3. Which credit cards do you accept for payment in general?

American Express, VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB, Air Travel-Card UATP are accepted all over TURKEY. Although it varies regionally and country wise, following card are accepted all over the world. American Express, VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB, Air Travel Card-UATP-, Prestige, Discover Card. But for online payments only VISA and Euro/ MasterCards are accepted.

4- Can I travel with an Open ticket which is issued for my father?

Open ticket issues are not permitted for Anatolia Jet applications.

Only the person whose name is written on the ticket can use the ticket and change the reservation/ routing etc.
This right cannot be assigned to another person.

5. When does my  e-ticket expire?

Tickets can be used within 12 months after ticket has been issued and within 24 months it can be refunded.
For tickets with reservations extension of ticket validity is 12 months after ticket’s first flight date and after 24 months it can be refunded. But  special fares may have other refund and reissue time limitations different from as defined above, for detailed information please contact Turkish Airlines Sales Offices Worldwide.

6. I have purchased a domestic ticket from travel agency. Can I obtain refund from Turkish Airline’s Sales Office’s?

You can obtain refund of your ticket from travel agency within 30 days, after 30 days you can obtain your refund from Turkish Airlines Sales Offices. If you can not find the branch of the travel agency in the city you want to obtain your refund in, you can obtain refund from Turkish Airlines Sales Office.
