Online Reservation

1. Where can I go to book a flight online?

On AnadoluJet web site you can make your reservation using the the Online Ticket option on the Online Services menu.

2. Can I book online on anadolujet.com and purchase my ticket later from the ticket sales offices?

You may choose “Ticket By Office” (TBO) as the delivery option and book online in order to purchase your ticket later on from THY Sales Offices.

3. How far in advance can I book a flight online?

Online reservations can only be made at least 5 hours up to 365 days prior to your first flight.

Ticket By Office:
If you are making your reservations via our web site between at least 48 hours - maximum 40 days prior to your first flight, you may purchase your ticket from any Turkish Airlines Sales Office or you can benefit from Pay&Fly option.

Pay&Fly:
You can use Pay&Fly option if you decided to convert your previously made online booking (Ticket by Office) to ticket. After you type in PNR and one of passengers’ surnames to complete payment and ticketing procedurs, you’ll be able to benefit Pay&Fly option.

4. If I am looking for availability on a particular day and there is no availability, will I be offered an alternative date?

For unavailable direct flights, you will be displayed 6 first available alternative flights. However, you can look for it by yourself since there are next and previous day buttons just beneath the flight availability screen.

5. Can I make a round-trip reservation via your web site?

While specifying your reservation details, select round trip as a travel type.

6. How many flight segments can I book in one itinerary when making reservation via your web site?

Maximum 6 flights per reservation session.

7. How many passengers can I book online in one itinerary

On the international flights , booking can be made for maximum 7 ( adults + child ) and 2 infants at one time for Economy Class (best buy). For the domestic flights, number of infants in the booking may be equal to the total number of child and adult.

8. How do I select my seat during the online booking process?

Unfortunately you can not make seat selection via AnadoluJet web site but you can get in contact with Call Center or visit nearest THY Sales Office in order to make seat selection.

9. I booked online yesterday. Can I review my online reservation today?

You can display your reservation via ‘’VIEW’’ button.

10. I purchased a ticket from a travel agent. Can I review the booking online?

No. You can only display online reservations made via Turkish Airlines web site.

11. What does “closed” mean?

Closed means that the requested flight is closed due to insufficient time and reservation.

12. The flights are closed. Can I waitlist a reservation online?

Waitlisting online is not possible. However you may waitlist yourself by calling 444 2 538 Call Center. 

13. Do I need to reconfirm my flight?

When booking online please check the note below the availability screen to see whether there is a need for reconfirmation or not.

14. Can I reconfirm online?

Yes. Via Online Ticket menu , on the right-hand menu you can use Reconfirmation link. Please call local Turkish Airlines Sales Offices or Internet Sales Service Centers for reconfirmation.

15. Can I make changes to a reservation that I have already made on your web site?

For the amendments in the reservation, please call 444 2 538 AnadoluJet Call Center.Depending on the ticketing rules, internet sales service centers will explain the amendment procedures and rules. 

16. How do I cancel my online reservation?

In case your first flight departure time is over please call local ISSC Internet Sales Service Center or apply to the ticket sales counter where your journey begins. You can reach local ISSC phone numbers by clicking on the contact button on the online ticket pages. Cancellations can also be made by THY Sales Offices.

Cancellation of your booking will be made according to the fare rules on your ticket.

17. How can I view the fare rules via your web site?

On the pricing page, just under the price details you will be given fare notes link. By clicking the link, you will be able to view the fare notes explaining the important issues about the specific fare.

18. What should I do if I do not understand the fare rules?

Please get in contact with 444 2 538 AnadoluJet Call Center in order to get detailed information.

19. Can I get reduced fares when booking online ?

It depends on the availability of the class related to the lowest/reduced fare.

20. Do you have special offers?

Yes. Please follow our all offers link on our web site.

21. Why is there no available seats for special offers ?

Special offer fares have a limited capacity. If all seats reserved to special fares are sold you can not book a seat for that fare but for a higher fare.

22. How can I check availability and fares without entering my credit card details?

By following the site till third page, you can check the availability and fares.

23. Can you send me information about your lowest fares?

Sorry this is not possible since the automatic pricing system checks the availability of the related class for the lowest fare as well. Thus if the class of the lowest fare is unavailable when you access the system you will not get the same fare any longer.

24. How can I get a price for my trip?

After having specified the reservation details you will be displayed the availability for the requested itinerary and the date. On the third page, which is the pricing page, your booking will be priced on the basis of your preferences.

25. May there be a difference between the ticket prices that is seen while making the online reservation and the price given at the THY Sales Offices?

TICKET BY OFFICE bookings are subject to change since they are ticketed. To avoid from facing the problem mentioned above please use Pay and Fly link in order to purchase and get your ticket.
